Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP)
The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (known as SICAP) is the national local community development and social inclusion programme. It provides social inclusion supports to individuals and community organisations.
The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2018-2022 is funded by the Irish Government through the Department of Rural and Community Development and co-funded by the European Social Fund under the Programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning (PEIL) 2014-2020.

PAUL Partnership implements SICAP in partnership with 9 community-based organisations – Limerick City CDP, Moyross Community Enterprise Centre, St. Munchin’s Community Enterprise Centre, St. Mary’s AID, Garryowen Community Development Project, Our Lady of Lourdes Community Services Group, Southill Area Centre, Tait House and the Learning Hub Limerick.
