Request for Tender – IT Service Support – PAUL Partnership Limerick CLG

PAUL Partnership Limerick CLG is inviting tenders from individuals or companies with expertise in 2nd level IT Service Support and overall management, maintenance, and improvement of IT systems.

We have an Information Technology Officer employed with us who is the first port of call for any issues from staff and who currently works with our IT Company on the management of the system.  1st level issues escalated to IT Company if not resolved in-house or if there is a backlog.

The applicant is asked to outline their proposed project implementation plan, including the project management methodology to be used, the key milestones to delivery, staff resources required both from the provider and PAUL Partnership, and the timeline required to complete exchange.

Deadline for Applications is Friday 16th February.
