Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a tool which teaches you how to keep yourself well. It helps you to identify and monitor your triggers and puts in place simple strategies to reduce or eliminate symptoms. The plan empowers you to take control of your physical and mental health and overall wellness. WRAP can help reduce feelings of discomfort and improve an individual’s self-awareness.
We run regular workshops to provide you with tools and training catered to your individual needs. WRAP is an evidenced based programme and was developed by Mary Ellen Copeland.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) aims to:
- Gain more control over our lives and the way we feel
- Identify what works well in our lives
- Identify what triggers we have
- Create an action plan to respond to these

In this workshop, you will learn how to develop your own WRAP as a personalised tool to achieve your own wellness goals. These workshops are for anyone and will give you skills that you can carry through to different situations in life.
The workshops are free and lunch will be provided, however places are limited.
