Fit for Work and Life (FFWL) is a training programme delivered in collaboration with the Irish Cancer Society. Primarily targeted at people who are unemployed, the programme comprises of 8 weekly sessions which aim to develop knowledge and skills to enhance health and well-being, and to ultimately support capacity to participate in the labour market.
