This short module on Business Planning takes participants through the key areas essential to any Business Plan, and guides participants through the process of “how to” complete their own business plan.

At the start of the session, participants will be given the Business Plan template and the training covers each section in sequence.

Guidelines, notes & advice will be given on what should be contained under each heading, so that participants can tailor it to their business and complete it after the session.

Worksheets and templates for financial projections, including the profit and loss statement and cash flow projections, will also be available, as well as links to a range of sector specific Business Plans.

There will also be links to assist in completing other planning essentials, including compliance, insurance and regulation.
