The Marketing Management Training Programme will give participants an understanding of the background of Marketing and the strategy behind how and what makes it work when used in a planned and strategic manner.

Programme Aims and Objectives:
The aim of this programme is to assist participants in developing and focusing their skills to help them implement effective Marketing strategies within their business. Participants will see how Marketing can become a business’ most valuable tool in increasing sales and achieving a competitive edge. Participants will understand that marketing is much more than hard sales and selling their product or service. The training programme will give an insight into Market Planning, Market Research, Skills of Selling, Product Development, Branding, Promotion, Web Marketing & Optimisation and Finance.
Particular attention will be paid to assisting businesses deal with current economic challenges and opportunities. A focal point of the programme will be peer learning and networking.
Course Duration: 3 hours per week over 10 weeks (Wednesday evenings).
