PAUL Partnership – Supporting the Development of Local Enterprises
Throughout 2010, PAUL Partnership provided support to unemployed individuals (both long and short-term unemployed) to develop and set up their own enterprises. A total of 477 individuals received support in relation to enterprise development. The type of supports provided included advice and guidance in relation to developing business ideas, creating business plans, accessing funding, and applying for the Back to Work Enterprise Allowance.
21 enterprise training courses were delivered in 2010 in the following areas, and were attended by 188 people in all:

- Effective Sales
As a result of the support provided by PAUL Partnership, 98 individuals set up or develop their enterprises in a diverse range of areas, as listed below:
